technical issue How to add words to your signature

So recently I've been trying to add: And now, it's all over now the SPARKLE is gone so see me SHIMMER on... to my signature but everytime I try to add it and save changes it always says: Unable to retrieve signature image dimensions, please try another image. and I am not sure how to fix this, I've seen people with words/text in there signature. Is this a problem with my signature itself, I'm not sure because I was adding the text to my current signature which had no problem being where it is now.

Can anyone help me?

Are you trying to add the text below/above the signature image if you have one or add it onto the signature image?
