What does this mean for me as a member of this community?

I looked the text on the profile of @Artemis a former Administrator here and I'm not really sure what it means or how I should react to it, can someone tell me what he is talking about?

No fancy or tearful farewells. No hesitation or doubts. Suffice it to say that I have some fundamental and irreconcilable differences with Poniverse and its objectives which have led me to my ultimate resignation. “This isn't what I signed up for” is about all I care to tell you here, to echo so many who resigned their appointments before me. This separation is not entirely on good terms for either side. While I find it regrettable that this organization which once held my implicit trust and loyalty has become a soulless husk of what it once was, I do not regret my decision to vacate my staff positions nor the way in which I've done so, that being with no notice beyond this message on my profile. Simply walking out the door. I found the bridge I sought to torch had already been dismantled for me anyway.

It's worth noting that there is a handful, more or less, of staff whom I respect and consider friends. However, the staff of Poniverse on the whole, and Poniverse as an entity, I no longer respect or trust, and are striving for different ends than I am. Simply put, I'm interested in creating and nurturing congenial communities regardless of how large they are or may become, and being a welcome and respected participant therein, whereas Poniverse's only real objective is to build a brand. I have decided it's time to pour out my share of the corporate Koolaid.

My continued presence within the community itself is very much doubtful, at least in the near future. As with the conclusion of my staff tenure, “this isn't what I signed up for.” The current community is often times far too infantile compared to as it was in the days it enamored me. It always had its problems, to be sure; I've seen just about everything in my several years here, from the very day I signed up, throughout my time as a Community Steward, Moderator, and finally administrator. If it helps one better understand how I now view this community, imagine a crying toddler in the throes of a tantrum after his mother just told him to put down a bag of candy in the grocery store. Perhaps this will change one day, but I've had enough for now and for quite some time to come, and I've no longer any willingness to waste my time or efforts here. I have therefore moved on to several forums more pleasant, one in particular being my new “online home.” No sense in sticking around a place that does nothing but bring misery when one has plenty of places that bring only happiness.

No contact information has been left here because everyone that I would want to remain in contact with already knows who I am on other forums or has my Skype and Steam IDs. So now, I depart, leaving this place with the same feelings towards Poniverse as all seven administrators who discarded their badges before I did (and let that be a warning to all who covet a staff position).

To quote Artemis Entreri: “fare well or fare ill, it matters not to me.”

I will be more than happy to take this off line ooBrony. We don't really need a topic specific to the reasons why a person left. This is why Arty put it in his profile to begin with.
