Who would win in a one vs one fight? Note: MLP FIM Dragons are not Godzilla.

Also note... this is a small Reaper. So if the Reaper was one of the bigger ones, let's say Harbinger? Who then would win?

It wouldn't even be close, the reapers would win easily. MLP dragons are relatively slow, massive targets for long range weaponry and their offensive capabilities are all close range. If the dragon was more powerful with some ranged tactics, maybe like Godzilla, there would be a chance.

It isn't really a fair fight.

 

The smallest Reaper is at least twice the size of any dragon. How would the dragon even damage it? It took the Quarian fleet and the Geth fleet combined to take down one Reaper. 

 

The dragon is bringing fire to a lazer fight.

an army of dragons  would need some enhancements to face a reaper, much less one.  maybe an army of dragons and ponies working together. better chances with a combination of magic and mass effect technology,  the pony magic would be especially helpful provided the reapers haven't assimilated a unicorn and learned their magic.

MLP Dragons have little to no feats that can really compare them to a reaper so a ME reaper would easily stomp one.
