How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic:

I grew up watching and playing with G1 MLP, but didn't find Friendship Is Magic until two years ago. My husband and I had our first child almost three years ago. After watching Thomas the Train and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse dozens of times and starting the go insane we put on MLP: FIM and WE got hooked. Bad. First we watched the show with our son, then just ourselves, then I bought my husband Discord and Big Mac figurines for Christmas, then.... yeah.... we're hooked.

I'm 31, wife, mother of two. My husband is as hooked on the show as I am, he will go on at length about the wonderful values MLP: FIM teachs, and I wholeheartedly agree with him. My son, almost three, loves MLP and can name the mane 6 and a couple others on sight (the things we're proud of, lol). My daughter, one, likes anything with a good beat to it, so she's into the show too.

 

I am a manager at my local pet store. Majored in biology in college, but never finshed. I love animals (hence my avatar, made for me by a friend) and science (biology, genetics, evolution). I have a Siberian Husky, a German Shepherd, a cat, and three fish tanks.... it's a full house!

 

I play the trombone (hence my pony name).... third generation female trombone player. I am a huge book nerd...fantasy, science fiction, and historical fiction being my favorite genres. I love to cross-stitch and color too. I like to bike, fish, and camp but don't get to do that often. I take photos like crazy, mostly of my children these days, I'm obsessed with photography. I love art, but have no talent there, whatsoever.
