request In need of Short Animation (like 5 sec long gif or something)

I simply need you to make a very very short animation of my OC doing what JonTron is doing in this video:

If you want to know why, I'll be posting a video with your animation in it (I'll give you credit), and then you'll know x3 OC link is in sig.

If you can (you don't have to, but it's preferred), try and make it sort of 8-bit, like it's all...pixel-y and stuff x3 Thanks!
