Leadership Lessons In MLP

I was just wondering... MLP is suppose to teach lessons on friendship. But are their any leadership lessons which they teach.

 

One which I could think of was Amending Fences. Twilight could not be held responsible for what happened to Moondancer and yet she took responsibility, apologized and tried to make it up. This is something which only good leaders will do.

Where Twilight learns to do what she's good at instead of being a follower to copy other people.

 

Hearthbreakers and Apple Family Reunion. Where Applejack learns that as leader, you can know everything and just be bossy. Sometimes taking a step back to allow your team/family/ however you see it...do their thing is a great way of leadership.

In the Crystal Empire Twilight learns a lesson about self-sacrifice and putting the needs of others over her own interests.
