I am a bit confused at some of the parts of your character. Firstly, what was the cutie mark? This isn't too bad  I am just a bit curious. As for the other part I am a bit confused as to what you mean by their abilities. The main part which is confusing is the part where it says, "and being in general blood." If you could just clear that up for me that would be great.

ability's: I tried to write about how he can hear the blood of others around him(it was 4 that post hence the confusion). Being vampiric its how he hones in on prey or friends in times of danger. Its like supper hearing if that helps. How blood flow can effect moods like aggression everypony blood he knows pumps like a train, sad its slow..very slow. happy it has a bumping like a instrument. dead, well no beats at all.

I'm fine with your character for the most part but I just can't agree with this form of expression reading...

If you don't mind, what's the current time in the RP?

Oftentimes, innkeepers catch wind of rumours and Inn Keep himself oftentimes looks for extra help. Maybe you could give the RP plot points through him. In a way, I kind of see him as the guy who provides side quests to adventurers. Currently, somepony or something is stalling the latest shipment of apple cider. Of course, it's up to the dm

I don't think mixing a bar of soap with blood is gonna do a pony any good though, hence the recipe's vagueness

In regards to the owl that is fine.

 

Now to address the fact of the tournament. There will be other ponies within this however the rp will focus mainly on the current people playing. The matches between the npc's will be decided arbitrarily before the matches take place. The matches between npc's and players will be covered by me as the npc or a designated player. 

 

And despite what it mat seem I do have quite a bit of npcs in my back pocket. There will be enough.

hey were going to put a limit on your little portal bit. Due to how much you can do with it were going to change it so that you have to have line of sight to place a portal. Sorry it's just too much otherwise
