At the end of rainbow rocks, we seen the mane 7 summon an astral alicorn.

 

My theory is that is the goddess/God of harmony (I call them harmonica because I can).

 

The alicorn, in theory anyway, is discord's counterpart, it least an part of them anyway,(tell we see what the tree of harmony is really, I believe the tree is an form of harmonica).

 

What do you think, can 5 humans with magic and 2 ponies summon the god from it's tree, and if you think about, if they did it would make since because after that the plunder seeds start attackng the tree. Due to Harmonica not being in the tree anymore.

I just thought they were metaphorical representations of magic, not actually entities, but who knows? Nice little theory in any case.

I don't really think it is some sort of god or anything.

Just some kind of magical projection based on the powers of the elements of harmony.
