music What would be the best music editing editing app?

I really like Brony made music, finding it more wholesome and cleaner than what much of the music industry provides. I want to get into making pony music, too (I like music, and I like ponies) BUT I want to do something different and spotlight older gens of pony, since every Brony music artist and their cat are covering g4. Being a newbie to the music making buisiness, I think it'd be easier to clip/rearrange/ edit preexisting sound files of the ponies voices and put it to music. What would be the best app to do vocal splicing, for a newbie music artist?

Probably Audacity. If I recall, that program is free to use and has a ton of tools for splicing and whatnot, though I have little experience with it. I would look into that one and see if it is right for you.

I have some (very newb level) of working with it on my dektop, about a year or so ago. Tried looking for an app for it, for my Samsung tablet, and couldn't find one

Suggestions would be very much appreciated
