Might as well see where I can take this.

 

Name: Blitz Ryu

 

Age: 18

 

Tier: 2

 

Power: Electrokinesis

 

Defects: Unusual skin growths, lost his sense of touch, has lost all sense of emotion, and has a split personality he calls Asriel. (Look at picture below for actual appearance, but he won't have the wings unless they are acceptable.)

 

Job: Has a contract with the military set for 10 years

One of the big downsides to psychic abilities is it degenerates a persons physical condition as well as mental condition. If His appearance is based on his Regulator, as in the thing he wears to control his power, then I'll accept that appearance. I'll also need More explanation on what his powers are capable of. Electrokinesis could mean a lot of different applications, I'm looking for more specific description on what this power entails and why the military would employ him.

• Charge objects with electricity, heat them and/or making them conduct electricity.
• Charged Particles Manipulation
• Death Inducement by overcharging the victim with electrical currents.
• Electric Field Manipulation
• Electric Field Negation
• Increase the sharpness of objects by using electricity to create vibrations.
• Paralysis Inducement and/or Jolt Inducement.
• Power up electronics by recharging their battery.

Electrical Telekinesis - use electricity to move objects.

 

Electricity Attacks - user may be able to generate enough power to vaporize matter

 

Long story short, he's a living weapon.

What I'm saying is you are going to need to make your power more specific, especially if you want to be tier 2.

Fun fact mildly related to your RP.

 

The term 'mad hatters' originated from the time where hatters used mercury in their hats. The Mercury in the hats they wore caused them to develop dementia fast, and thus they were dubbed 'mad hatters'

Yeah, I saw! Just trying to figure on how to bring Ariel into the roleplay... Would it be cool if she was on the scene like as a witness of sorts? Like she was on the way to work (or heading home from work, depending on time of day?) and she saw a glimpse of the killer? Or heck, maybe she could even be the one that discovered the body and they have to question her? Idk, just trying to think of how she would get involved considering she normally wouldn't touch the situation with a 100-foot pole since otherwise she'd just be hearing about this stuff on the news and that's it.

You certainly can, you aren't restricted to what is going on though. Its a planet city, you can start where ever you want <3

Yes, I understand! It's just, easier to tie my character into current happenings than place her on the opposite side of the city, yeah? Need a way for interaction to happen :3 But, I'll be posting soon!

Since I've got the murder story going on, it would work if Ariel was a witness. In my last post in the RP, Lead couldn't get a solid echo from the tape recorder, so having a witness would move the story along.

@@crispy fries,Hiyo, I couldn't help but notice you are writing it as if this is a pony rp. I suppose its my bad for not specifying, but this is a human rp. If you could edit your posts to reflect that that would be great. You don't have to change the names or anything, just make the characters human.

 

@@Drago Ryder,  I'll give you some things, but I generally encourage you to flesh out the world on your own as well. I'll roll with whatever as long as it makes sense within the perimeters of the setting.
