In fact I don't really doubt it." Ryo sat back and stretched out on his towel, resting his head on his hands and looking up at the sky. "Now that that Bikini event is over, the crowds are certainly thinning a little bit, much to no ones surprise, and that does just leave me thinking what else have these organisers lined up for the day? I hope it's interesting."

 

Shizuko had been spending her time digging a hole, with more space opening up, she could be less considerate of her surroundings and more carefree. She had managed to dig a deep enough hole that when she sat in it, it went up to her neck. It was perfect. "Phase one: Complete, initiating phase 2. Build a wall." Using the sand she displaced while digging, she set about constructing a small mound of sand around herself.

 

"Honestly, I swear my sister gets up to some strange things when I'm not paying full attention to her. I'm surprised she hasn't been pestering me for attention since we got here."

Scarlet stopped a few feet from the two dragons and gave a shy smile at her employer. "Hey, Blitz. I was wondering where you were." She said. "Do you think we could talk?"

Nero noticed Apep was with Malfpy, but decided not to bother the two. He then glanced at the rabbit and narrowed his eyes. "What is she planning?" He thought.

Blitz shook his head and gave a light smile. "Yeah. It was definetly a surprise. She was actually the snake that won the bikini contest." He said. "As for the pyrotechnics, you're not to far off. It was more of a reconnection than anything else though, considering the fact that I hadn't seen her in a few years. I haven't exactly the best brother."

The dragon then glanced at Scarlet and gave a slight nod. "Yeah. I've kind of been meaning to talk to you as well." He said, somewhat nervous.

Apep gave a slight nod a light blush. "Thanks. I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast, so I'll probably just have an omelet." She said. "I was going to eat during the intermission earlier, but I had a bit of an unexpected run in with my brother."

​"Yeah...it's very difficult to maintain my body as it is. Then you expect me to run five hundred laps, and get on a treadmill till my eyes bleed? Pssh. Yeah right." ​She stretched. ​"Honestly, it's easier just being me. There's nothing to worry about as far as what others think."

 

​​The bunny woman had gotten up from the judge's table. She was practically disgusted by all the riffraff from these country-folk. She continued speaking on her phone. ​"Ok, damn. Get off my ass about it already. I told you I'll take care of it should anything occur. Or regardless....I'll be making the announcement soon." ​It was only a matter of time...

 

"Yeah, good point," Denise agreed, stretching out her arms idly, "Too much hassle to get on a magazine page. Yeah, I'm cool like this."

 

 

"I actually have no idea. Maybe they just mean your body in the bikini; hence the term bikini body? You know what, nevermind."

 

She blinked and looked at Scarlett for a few moments, and shrugged. "Eh, I don't get it either."

 

 

I sniggered in her ear a little when I saw her blush. "Hiya~"

 

She snickered back, flicking her tail. "Hey."

 

 

I stood up strait again; "Body building. Nah. Look at me, I turned out fine without that."

 

"Yeah, the three of us did." She nodded, hands on her hips, "All natural ladies, right?

"Yeah, good point," Denise agreed, stretching out her arms idly, "Too much hassle to get on a magazine page. Yeah, I'm cool like this."

"I'd rather not be on any sort or magazine. I like to keep myself, to myself. And maybe someone else." Denise.

 

She blinked and looked at Scarlett for a few moments, and shrugged. "Eh, I don't get it either."

 

"It really doesn't make any sense does it. Why does anyone go for it?"

 

She snickered back, flicking her tail. "Hey."

I grinned and said "So. What now. Anything else planned? I don't know about all of you, but I'm rather hungry."

 

"Yeah, the three of us did." She nodded, hands on her hips, "All natural ladies, right?

 

"Oh yea. Fuck yea."

"No problem." Malfoy responded with a smile before standing up from his seat. "I'll be just a minute."

 

The wolf then walked from the table and approached a food stand where he he asked the attendant for a omelet. They nodded their head politely before spinning around to begin cooking.

 

After a short minute the omelet was finished and in Malfoy's possession, he set the money for it on the counter before heading back to where he had been sitting. He sat down and slid the omelet to Apep. "Here you go." He said smiling. "So you said you have an encounter with your brother, everything okay?"

Apep nodded and began to eat. After the first bite, it didn't take long for the feeling of hunger to dissipate. "Thanks. I needed that." She said. "As for my brother, yeah. Everything's fine for the most part. I'm still mad at him for leaving, but at least I understand the reasoning shins it." The snake don't want to reveal the actual reason to Blitz's temporary disappearance, but she thought she could trust Malfoy. "When he was younger, he didn't have a good control over his flame, let alone know he had one until he had a nightmare. Long story short, he burned his entire room and a few other parts of our parents' home on accident and ran away in his panicked state. No one was hurt, but he was afraid of what he could do."

"I'm sorry you had to go through that, one the fear of having your home on fire and then your brother disappearing." He said sincerely. "At least you have been able to reconnect with him and perhaps you'll be able to have him in your life again."

She looked over Shi as she dug her ever larger hole. "Also digging that much may keep one busy."

"By all means," Kerrigan said, nodding at Blitz. "This would be an excellent opportunity for you both. If you desire my company afterwards, I am not particularly hard to find," Kerrigan said, with the barest hint of a grin. She felt her mind's eye recoil in horror at the mere thought of having revealed her mental state with such a gesture, though it was subtle enough it would be difficult even for another dragon to discern.

 

The festival seemed to chug along quite well, though by this point Kerrigan was feeling rather hungry. Luckily, there was a pie eating contest soon, and she had absolutely no compunctions about joining it. A forked, prehensile tongue was of great advantage for one, and for two she had no need to 'win', so it would be entirely within reason to simply consume until she was sated and then stop. Also, blueberry pies were delicious.

Apep nodded slightly and gave a light smile. "Yeah. I was worried about him when I was younger and I kind of pushed that to the back of my mind. I'm glad he's ok, though." She said.

Blitz watched as Kerrigan left and turned his attention back to Scarlet. "Do you want to go first, or should I?" He asked, his voice holding very little emotion.

Scarlet felt her claws dig into the sand and felt a slight heat rush to her face. "I don't know how to explain it, but I've felt weird ever since I met you. I mean, I'm grateful that you gave me a job when you had no idea who I was or the amount of experience I had. That much I know, but there's something else.",

Nero sighed impatiently as he moved through the festival. Everyone seemed to be doing their own thing and he was just a simple loner. "No love for the snake I guess." He said, giving a slight smile. The snake then noticed a pie eating contest and figured that he might as well sign up. It wasn't like he had anything better to do.

Blitz gave a light nod and crosses his arms. "That's the kind of thing that comes with running a business. You learn what's worth the risk and what isn't." He said. "To be honest, though, I guess you could say the same thing's been happening to me. I've felt calmer now than I ever have before, if that's anything to go off of." The dragon then sighed and looked into the horizon.

Apep thought for a moment before shaking her head. "Not really, aside from spending time with you." She said, using the end of her tail to scratch Malfoy behind his left ear.

Malfoy looked up slightly as to think of other activities they could do here in the festival but before anything came to mind he found something scratching him behind his ear and out of the corner of his eye could see Apep's tail was leading toward his head.

 

The wold couldn't help but tilt his head slightly to the direction of the ear being scratched and closed his eyes enjoying the scratch Apep was providing him.

The hawk then extended her wings and stretched a bit. "I guess I can't really describe my feelings very well either. That's always been a problem for me, but no like this."

"Oh shut up you" I grinned and nudged back. "I don't know. I don't remember there being one on the map." I turned to the other. "Is it a vendor?"

Blitz nodded slight and turned his full attention to Scarlet. "I understand. At the very least, would it be ok for us to see where this goes?" The dragon was somewhat nervous as he spoke, but this was probably the best way to get all of these feelings under control.

Apep couldn't help but giggle when Malfoy leaned into her tail and simply continued. After a few seconds, she stopped and brought her tail back into her coils. "I wasn't expecting that kind of reaction, but it certainly was cute." She said.
