critique wanted Lyric Video Tips? [Cyberlink PowerDirector v8]

So, I've been making lyric videos for some time, but every one of my videos comes off as straight-foreward and just plain boring. The example below is literally the best that I can do, and I was wondering if anyone has any tips for using Cyberlink PowerDirector (v8) to make videos that are less bland and mundane.

 

[There's a bit of adult language in the video. It's SFW, but it's not very kid-friendly.]
