Her name is Icy Crystal, she's like a myth or a spirit of the mountain, only appearing to help lost or freezing ponies and make sure they are led to safety. The crystals she forms are warm, lighting the lost ponies way through the darkest of storms. Do you have any tips for me? She looks so wispy, as she's almost not there -- it's a really nice effect. The detail in this is awesome, too. I'm especially drawn to the bits of ice and snow frozen onto Twilight, that's such a great touch.
