"Hahaha, hello there! My name is Jacob, and you are listening to a recording that has arrived at your mailbox" More laughter, and a throat clear "Anyways. You are one of the poor bastards that got this recording, which means that you are mutated..." A dead serious silence "Listen kid. We are the bloody government, and we know everything there is to know about you" Said the voice. Going from a crazed laughter, to a dead serious and scary guy. "What i am trying to say is welcome to hell kid. We are expecting to see you on the front line, and there is not a damn thing you can do to escape us. The meeting coordinates are sent to you through your email. Adios!" Stop of recording.

 

You come home from a tiring day of work, and open your mail box to find a strange gadget. You decide to take it out, and press the green button on it. A recording was stored on it, and the message above is played...

 

Welcome to hell. The world is falling apart, because of a serious virus that leaked after nuclear bombs. A majority of people turned into crazy, rage filled monsters that attacks anything with blood in it. However, not all humans succumbed to the virus. Some managed to win against it, and gained traits. Ranging from super strength to telekinesis. However, they are still vulnerable to the dangerous part of the virus, which they can obtain through the chemicals, getting bit, inhaling the virus through the air too much etc.

 

Thus, squad 1 was founded. A team of 4 people, with these abilities. They where the front line of the humans, and the reason they still had tons of supplies. Squad after squad died, and a new one took its place. With this one being called squad 4, the newest generation of super soldiers. (Look at the picture above for a general idea of the gear)

 

This is where we come in. Also, we have knowledge of how to use our powers prior to us meeting. We are the newest generation.

 

This is a 2x2 romance, HOWEVER it ISN'T what the RP is about. It's more of a side thing, the missions and action are prioritized. Also, with that said, this isn't your super dark RP. I still want a bit of comedy in it, but that doesn't mean this should lose the little "dark" theme it has

Appearance without gear: Jackie has a fairly average height and musculature, and usually wears a pair of aviator sunglasses. Jackie has short, light brown hair, and a smooth face that's free of any blemishes.

 

Personality: Jackie often cracks wise and enjoys being a smartass. She's confident and intelligent, but sometimes her confidence turns into cockiness and gets the better of her. While on the surface, she may seem to be disrespectful to everyone, Jackie admires those who have the determination and willpower to achieve their goals no matter what obstacles may be in the way, as she has a bit of a bad habit of not finishing the things she starts. Jackie always likes a challenge too, and she will break the rules if it means she can accomplish whatever she needs to. She also enjoys flirting with men, and occasionally women, for her own amusement.

 

Role: offense

 

Mutation power: Jackie can absorb and redirect energy. For example, she could take a car battery and absorb its energy, then pick up a piece of rebar or other such object and use it to dispel that energy in a concentrated manner, thus turning it into a gun. Jackie could also focus energy into a something like a can of soda and use it as a grenade.

Name- Seigmund D Krauss

Age- 28

Appearance- Seigmund possesses skin similar to that of the dead, that while isnt quite clammy, is well under regular temperatures and is startlingly grey. His hair is lengthy, swept back and what once was a rich brown has become a dark, dull grey. Due to his mutation, his eyes have become pure black with flecks of blood pockets from burst blood vessels. His body is slim and fit, but wiry.

Personality- Krauss is a submissive, if not completely loyal and obedient person. The only questions he asks are either in order to do his job better, or are left in his head. He's a social introvert, and loves company, but prefers small groups of those he knows well over large groups of anybody. He's got his peculiarities, but would rather be kind than rude, and while he has lived life alone for a while, he hates being alone. His diet is strange.

Role- whatever you deem appropriate.

Mutation- His body can produce a multitude of chemicals, which include toxins, antitoxins, and catalysts. His blood has become an ichor, containing heavy amounts of these chemicals. Offensively, he can create crystal shards of venom if given enough time, or spew toxic mist from his lungs. Nothing explosive, unstable or radioactive though.
