The Master, from Doctor Who. The very definition of a sci-fi asshole, and for very good reason. One, he's not to be trifled lightly. Two, his appearance as Missy shook the very core of my nerves at his/her grand appearance. Three, his biggest flaw is his pride, no f*ck that, his hubris, to the point where Discord should be laughing at his ass.

As much as I don't like Umbridge very much, I don't think she's the worst Harry Potter character. I've always hated Gilderoy Lockhart more because he was a fraud.

 

But my least favorite character is undoubtedly Fawful from the Mario and Luigi series. He's just obnoxious. He's not funny at all, he's annoying. His catchphrases are annoying, his jokes aren't funny, and he's just downright obnoxious.
