As much as I don't like Umbridge very much, I don't think she's the worst Harry Potter character. I've always hated Gilderoy Lockhart more because he was a fraud.

 

But my least favorite character is undoubtedly Fawful from the Mario and Luigi series. He's just obnoxious. He's not funny at all, he's annoying. His catchphrases are annoying, his jokes aren't funny, and he's just downright obnoxious.

A God-Mode Sue ripoff of Nihilus from KOTOR 2, as well as the main source of Revan's infamous character-derailment in this game.
