Cool coaster fact:

Did you know that the very first "roller coaster" was actually created by two Russian men. They created what was known as the "Russian Ice Slide". They simply put a large piece of wood on a solid block of ice and proceeded to ride down a slope. This was the very first "roller coaster". Fast forward to the mid-late 1800s, and this idea was already spreading in Europe, only this time, it was made of a wooden structure with a simple single drop. Riders would get in a car with a simple lap restraint and ride down the slope to the bottom. The car would have to be returned back manually.

Yes! My favorite is by far either The Red Force in Ferrari Land or Shambala in PortAventura

I like roller coasters. I live about 3 hours from Cedar Point and used to go there every year as a kid. Last time I was there was like 2012.

I've been meaning to deepen my rollercoaster pool. I always liked the simpler ones, but the upside-down ones used to freak me out. But after something VERY terrifying happened to me recently (that I don't like to talk about...), I like to think that I can handle rollercoasters better...not that I've had a chance to go on one yet  Here's hoping I get the opportunity to try some bigger rollercoasters someday.

D'oh. I should've mentioned I'm an avid fan of theme park sim games like Rollercoaster Tycoon, Planet Coaster and the like. I suck at them (especially Planet Coaster ), but I find them a lot of fun

I went from not really liking them to basically going on any of them within the span of the last 2 years. Really wish I could've gotten to ride Kingda Ki before it got shut down out of nowhere last year. I have been on Top Thrill 2 but it's not quite the same thing since it doesn't have the hydraulic launch anymore.

I absolutely love roller coasters and I love riding roller coasters!
