I don't post my art that often on here anymore, but I was practicing some digital painting with coloring and whatnot, and I'm pretty proud of this piece so I'd like to share it with y'all!

I think the sheen in her hair is too prominent, though. I think it should be a bit more subtle.

But thank you! Maybe I did overdo it a lil bit with the shiny hair lol, but then again I like to think Flutters has very soft, shiny hair!

I love the hair! 

Adding onto Grepper's comment, maybe work on making the fur on the body a little more prominent?

The hair is quite realistic and then the body is more cartoon.. so yeah, all I can say is practice getting fur textures? Even just subtle ones

Or, getting some soft shading in on the body.. 

 

A great example would probably be Yakovlev-vad, your style reminds me of his work!
