request Looking for a YouTube Gaming Channel Avatar

I am starting a YouTube gaming channel and I need an avatar, I am also going to use it for my Twitch channel and my Twitter for the channel!

 

I'm hoping somepony here could help.

 

What I would like is Twilight Sparkle wearing a gaming headset, please.
