yeah, his book, pennyroyal academy, took up most of his time to promote, so he left early on into S5, stepping down from temporary head writer to hand it off to haber, and hasn't been back since, sadly. Though He did say he wouldn't be averse to returning in the future. but that probably wouldn't be till a S8 probably, assuming there IS a S8 :P

You know, I had a good time reading it, I've just started the second book  :rarity:

 

Well, I'm burned out of ponies for a while, so I wouldn't mind the relatively short break between now and S7. Seems to airing around the same time as S6 this year. I just hope we get more interesting things to see, like more locations and maybe a new transformation or two at the finale  :orly:

Sounds good, plus I've got plans to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade as always, the Walt Disney World/Disneyland Christmas Day Parade, and work some more Garry's Mod with all the new pony models that have come out along with the Equestria Girls ones as well, especially the latest overhauls for the models of Celestia and Luna. That should keep me busy until the new season starts.

Yeah, she was a member of a mer-pony colony that he wanted to see again, right?

 

And they didn't want her to see him again. Much like the show's message of Friendship is Magic, Twilight was able to use that very magic to resolve the problem.

 

Anyway, I wouldn't mind seeing Saddle Arabia.

She sure did. Also, I would enjoy seeing Saddle Arabia as well, especially the delegates who appeared back in Season 3.

It's the whole pony naming motif that does it.

 

She sure did. Also, I would enjoy seeing Saddle Arabia as well, especially the delegates who appeared back in Season 3.

 

That's the exact reason why I brought it up. Those delegates had unique designs compared to most other ponies, so why not expand on that and take the audience to Saddle Arabia.

Perhaps they are considering it for Season 7 and if not, maybe a later season instead.

I know fans have been lukewarm towards the inclusion of Flurry Heart as the fifth alicorn, but I want to see her develop further--as much as a baby can--as a character. Plus, it would give us more opportunites to feature Sunburst again.

I want to see Flurry Heart become the Maggie Simpson of FiM.
