How do I make eurobeat music?

I'm working on a project, and thinking of just making its music myself.

You will need appropriate software. FL Studio is the 1st choice, but if you don't want to go the expensive route...you may have to turn to cheaper software. Unfortunately, the cheaper softwares don't have much features, and you may only get to work with premade loops.
