Looking for help for a rap battle (Minty Vs. Derpy)

So this idea flew into my head a while back, and I thought it would be funny.

Let's get minty from gen 3 and face her against Derpy/ditsy doo in a Epic rap battles of history style song.

Problem is....I don't really know how to write raps well, outside of fast loosely rhyming couplets. I have a few ideas,and will elaborate if asked.

Just use rhymezone and cheat, everyone does.

 

Also write them bragging and ranting at each other then turn lines into rhymes.

I can help you with the lyrics and the beat. For the lyrics, you certainly don't wanna overdo it with the disses/insults.

Well this is what I have now.......

 

Announcer: Epic Rap battle of pony....Minty vs. Ditzy "Derpy hooves" Doo, ready? Begin.

 

Minty: Hoi, wut up, it's me,

I'm a blast from the past,

I'm spitting the rhymes super fast,

Who's this with the crossed eyes and bubbles on her a-

 

Derpy: Hey No need to say that,

I am an Icon,the myth, the legion,

Your nothed but pathetic,

I have a horde of fans that will distroy you.

Nopony will truly love you.

 

Minty: I am the OG,OP Pony

 

 

 

 

Yeah....Thats what I have so far, I plan to bring up the doctor and Minty bi/homo sexual perfences, (Yes there is evidence of her being accidentally gay) and minty's OCD and obsession with socks. And muffins from derpy.

Writing rap battles is one of the most difficult things in the rap scene. Unfortunately, so far...your lyrics are a little too cheesy. You don't always have to rhyme. If you do rhyme, it doesn't always have to be in couplets. You can do 

 

ABAB

AABC

ABCB

ABCA

 

This way, you'll have more flexibility in what you say as far as your diss lines.
