not in the movie, but I wouldn't mind seeing Rarity go evil and see how Tabitha combined a Nightmare Moon style voice with Rarity.

While that would be interesting, it is a cliché plot point that has been done to death so many times, and even the show itself has done it on occasion. Still, if the movie does it in a way no one was expecting, then it would make for a refreshing scenario.

Not for the movie no. But I would like a two parter with Celestia being corrupted into a Nightmare/Solar flare version of herself.

 

Let Luna be the one to have to deal with the hurt of fighting your own sister and seeing the mane 6 struggle against their former Princess and Twilight against her mentor.

An evil Pinkie Pie? Heavy help Equestria if something like that happens, considering her ability to bend the laws of physics.

Perhaps not in the movie, I would prefer to see a threat that is currently entirely unknown in the film. However, give us a two parter in the show and they can experiment there. I actually wouldn't mind seeing an evil/corrupt Pinkie Pie. Who knows what madness would ensue.
