 I liked and grew up with the 80's cartoons.   It can be fun to watch and even the Movie cartoon is fun!  Cheesey and full of 80's power music is fun!   I would say watch it even if your surface transformers fan!

I don't really know. I have only recently got into the franchise with Prime, which I can say that I really recommend.

Just keep an open mind and try not to judge the whole franchise by that show. I know a couple of people who hate Transformers, just because they decided to start there, and found the show so horrible

Well you can start wherever really... each series is self contained so you don't have to watch any one series to be up to date on another. I think either Beast Wars or Transformers Prime are great ser
