My top favorite bosses/enemies:

Least Favorite bosses/enemies:

 

-Ramon Zalazar (RE:4)

 

-The Regenerators (RE:4)

 

-Popokarimu (RE:5)

 

-Alex Wesker (Revelations 2)

 

-Armored Zombies With Weapons (RE: 6)

I hate how popular Nemesis is. He's nowhere near as intimidating as people are led to believe. Ustanak was everything Nemesis was supposed to be.

My most disliked came from code veronica despite me really liking the game. The Nosferatu fight was so underwhelming I dont think he hit me once as all I did was snipe him. Alexia didnt make sense to me as she had pyrokinesis. How does a mutation give you the power of fire

looks like the thing that only was found in the second playthrough on both characters in RE2.

i was so young when i first played it, this one made me not play it for years

I think my favorite would have to be the Tyrant. My least favorite would have to be Albert Wesker's final form. I thought it was really underwhelming. He should have transformed into Godzilla or something.

Since I am replaying the series (slowly) I'll hold off on my answers for the majority of the games until i replay them. My opinions on the bosses though

 

Resident Evil HD Remaster

Yawn - aggravating as hell on knife only challenge

Crimson Head Elder - creeped me out my first meeting with him

Plant 42 - pretty easy honestly

Black Tiger - slow as molasses, I usually just dodge it

Lisa - Creepy as all hell, felt a lot of sympathy for this character. Boss fight can be deceptively sneaky

Tyrant - annoying due to camera angles and rushing on his second form

 

Favorite: Lisa is a pretty creative yet horribly tragic monster

Least favorite: Plant 42 because it just plain sucks

Final word: Neptune should have been a boss

 

Hunters are best enemy in game followed by Crimson heads

Forrest is the most aggravating enemy along with the crows

 

Resident Evil 0 HD Remaster

Stinger - pathetic, can defeat with knife only.... sad excuse for a boss

Centurion - easy... only stinger is more pathetic as bosses go

Infected Bat - Annoying since the little bats often block your shots

Proto Tyrant -  nothing like the later models. Proto is right

Queen Leech - PITA boss if ever there was one. You can sort of cheat on the third fight with it though.

 

Favorite: Infected Bat... I just liked the idea of it. Although the little bats can go to hell.

Least favorite: Centurion because I hated chasing it around and it looks dumb. At least the Stinger looked interesting.

Final word: I liked the game, hated the plot... Queen Leech? Are you kidding me?

 

Eliminators are the best enemy in the game. I hum the wizard of oz monkey tune when I fight them. Evil monkeys rule!

Worst enemy is easily the Leechmen. These guys could qualify for some of the most aggravating enemies in RE period! Thank god they have a long ass start up time.
