Maple stood there for a second. "T... Techno?" She moved to hug him "I... I thought... I'm so glad... That you're still on our side."

She turned to face Ravage "As for you" She said coldly and full of vengeance "Turning my own friend against me. It's time you and Ennex learned to never mess with us." She put the element of chaos on, Her magic boosting to a level most ponies could only dream of she teleported the changelings away with no effort. She needed the message to get back to Ennex so She knew Ravage had to survive since Ennex wouldn't believe anyone else. She changed her appearance to something that reminded herself of Nightmare Moon. "I will not show much more mercy. Join us and save equestria or you and the enitrty of your empire will fall. I will personaly see to it." She violently threw Ravage through a portal that lead back to ennex's office. After which, She grabbed her head losing control of her self she was about to destroy the surrounding area before Woody tore the element off her neck causing her to collapse, Unconscious.

"She'll be alright... In a few days." He said. "I have never seen her or well anypony do something like that before. She has no magic left in her system so she's alive but hollowed out inside." He knew she'd recover but he was just so worried about her. He picked up his sister and carried her into the base motioning for techno to follow

TU: Okay thanks for doing the work for me Maple! I didn't expect that you would become that powerful than but still I was about to do the exact same thing as you with Ravage and the army but before I even had the chance to get started you took over! It's probably a good thing that I don't push myself to the max for a while after I got out of maintenance mode. Ennex pretty much figured out how to do it with me so likely he can do the same with all of us if he realises he can and that's the thing that's really worrying me right now.

Woody laughed a bit. "She'd be glad to hear that. Mostly She'd be happy that you approved of her action since she rarely uses her element and as you can see... For good reason." He replied not sure if Techno realized "She's out though and will be for a while, Probably a week or a bit less." He sighed I command her army now, not that it was much different than what he was doing now. He realized that he didn't remember this pony but it was one of Maple's friends so he trusted him. "Have we met before? I mean like, where I introduced myself the only other time I remember seeing you when I rescued my sister from the enemy leader. Name's Woodland Orchestra, But you can call me Woody." He said holding out one of his paws.

Techno shook Woody's paw and Techno had a slightly confused face...

 

TU: Uhmm.. Nice to meet you! Your name somehow reminds me of this faded memory item in my system of a movie series called Toy Story but still I have no idea how that's even in my system in the first place. Anyways my name is Techno!

 

Techno looked over at Maple...

 

TU: Now there's an opportunity for an interesting experiment right there! I could maybe try to plug into Maple's mindset to see exactly what's going on in her mind. Maybe I might find a way to bring her back early in there but still it's going to be very dark and dead in there right now because of her low magic levels.

Woody shook his head. "As nice as her waking sooner could be, It also could be dangerous. I won't allow you to enter her mind." He said calmly "You might do unfixable damage to her mind or sanity. Forgive me for being cautious but my parents are in hiding so Maple's the only family I have left, I want her to see mom and dad again too. She just needs some rest. This isn't the first time it's happened after all." He also remember Maple's chaotic rampage the first time she used the element.

Woody walked by Muddle while carrying Maple. "Excuse me." He turned around remembering who they where "Are you still interested in joining us ma'am, If not I recommend staying here for a few days anyways."

TU: No offence but I think you don't have quite a full understanding of how the internal mind layout works. Basically if you go into Maple's mind you'll be able to see and view her file system like you'll be able to see her memories and personality components. You won't do anything to her mind unless you actually attempt to change something. Now it is more than possible to cause unfixable damage if you do something stupid in her mind like you change a personality component file randomly without thinking. To be honest Ennex put me into maintenance mode by barging into my mind and I tried to stop him in there but it was too late when he put in the codes to put me into maintenance mode. Ennex seriously had 100% control over me through his mind when I was in maintenance mode but still the only thing that saved me was a logic rule system that pretty much put me back into normal operations when he commanded me to kill Maple. My system is always recording to my memory and that's even when I'm powered down and I can recall that data later so that's how I remember being in maintenance mode even though I was completely deactivated in my personality mindset.

Woody didn't turn to face him. he had an angry expression but had no anger in his voice. "No offence, But I don't think my opinion of you is quite the best since you almost did kill her anyways." He stopped for a second and took a deep breath before saying "I thank you for not doing that. I would only be alright with this if I could go with you to monitor what you do inside my sister's head. Again I apologize for being so cautious about her but I promised dad she'd be alright. I don't intend to fail either."

TU: Now to be honest I could take you with me in there as that's more than possible! Just because everything is not exactly straight up English like you might not understand the meanings of certain file names I recommend you don't touch anything in there. The main thing that I we would be looking for in there is the awareness and power status set of files as those control her power levels and her awareness. So ya ready to go in?

Woody set Maple in her bed Located in their shared room which was also his office. "Alright then we can try this thing of yours but before you do anything you will tell me what something does before doing it, and if she doesn't wake you are going to face dire consequences, Am I Clear?"

TU: Of course you are! To be honest I was already going to do that anyways as I wanted to educate you on working with ponies minds so you know how to do things in there if you need to. It's pretty much the same standard file layout on all of us so every set of files will be in the same locations but the files themselves will of course be different from unit to unit. Anyways it's time to go in there!

 

When they plugged into Maple's mind it looked exactly the same to Techno's mind from earlier in the RP except the floor was completely dark and it was the same with most of the folders in there. There where only 3-5 floating command lines or memory screens visible above them at any one time and there was not much activity in there as Techno expected...

 

TU: Okay so there's hardly any activity in here as expected. Now that darkened pile of folders next to us seems like the junk pile but in actual fact those are the files you need to open in a certain procedure to put Maple into maintenance mode. That's how Ennex put me into maintenance mode but still we're not going to touch that folder pile as we don't need Maple to be in maintenance mode right now. By my memory that still active blue glowing pile of folders in the distance over there is the one where looking for! The power and awareness value files are in that pile somewhere but you'll see them when I find them!

Well I know she was born not built." He calmed down "Perhaps all pony minds are like this so it is normal. What would happen if I deleted these junk files would she die or only lose maintenance mode?"

TU: I actually don't know for sure if Maple is a robot or not but still I think this is just the format that mindsets get opened up in when I access them. I believe it's also a simplification of her primery brain links and wirings as the brain is so complex to the point where it's physically impossible to fully understand the core workings of it. Anyways the thing with maintenance mode is that it's a embedded system in the core operation environment so it's impossible to delete any of these folders or files here plus the embedded files cannot be edited to. But still through maintenance mode you could get 100% control over Maple through a mental mind connection and it's quite a complex procedure to initiate maintenance mode for security purposes and only me and Ennex know the procedure by my knowledge. There are a set of core operation environment files that can be deleted or modified but it's through them that you can edit any embedded files but still you'll most likely break Maple's whole system to the point where you can't plug into her system if you modify or delete any core operation files.

After flying through the portal, Ravage landing in a heap against the desk in the middle of the office.  He shook his head to clear it, just as the portal closed behind him.  Getting up on his hoofs, he mentally checked himself over, not noticing any major wounds, and noticed Ennex slumped over the desk.  "Master!" he shouted, leaping over the desk to the other's side.  Ennex was unconscious, and surrounded by a scattering of papers and scrolls....

Techno then quickly grabbed the folder off Woody and sloted it back into place for it to start glowing blue again...

 

TU: Phew! You almost broke Maple's system there as that folder was the core operations folder for Maple. It's called personality system 32 and it doesn't have any operation data about her character but it's vital for physical movement and self changes in her personality. So basically this folder is the gateway between Maple's sensory input/body movement and her personality. If that folder is disconnected from her system for more than 10 seconds it would permanently freeze her and make it impossible for anyone to plug into her system to repair it so it would kick us out of her system if it was out of it's slot for more than 10 seconds but luckily I was able to plug it back in before it broke her system. Anyways let's get back on track!

Now the file we're looking for is called PYS CORE STATUS or something similar to that plus the folder name is probably going to have a number in it to. Now it should be in one of these piles next to us.

TU: To be honest there's ad least 2.5 petabytes of data here as that's the standard biological brain storage capacity. So that's actually around 2.5 million gigabytes of data and a petabyte is 1000 terrorbites and a terrorbite is 1000 gigabytes. Hopefully you have an idea on computer storage values and also the memory files you can take a look at if you want. Just don't make any changes to them otherwise you would make Maple really confused about how she did something that she would never do or you get the idea. Anyways I think the folder we're looking for is in the pile I'm going through or the one to the right of me.

When the changeling attack occurred, Muddle was quick to take cover, seeing as not ready for or wanting any direct conflict. However, just as she was preparing to hunker down, the attack seemed to over. "Did they fend them off that quickly?" As she thought about how the changelings were defeated so easily, her mind wandered back to her conversation with Maple and that anti-element of harmony. "You don't think?...!" Muddle started to hastily run through the base, in search of Maple.

The search wasn't long. After only a few minutes, Muddle ran into Woody and was alarmed to see Maple slung over his shoulder. In her mind, Maple could have been unconscious or worse. She gasped and looked on in silent horror. 

It was at this time that Woody started to speak to her.

"... I-u-uh..." Before she had a chance to form a coherent sentence, and odd pony walked up to Wood and started talking about going inside of her head and waking Maple up. While the implications scared her, Muddle sighed in relief, knowing that Maple hadn't died and those two would be taking care of her. She smiled, and started to look up at Woody and the pony that was speaking to him; however, when she went to look up, no one was there. The two had already gone ahead.

Now that Muddle knew Maple was safe, she decided to check on her later and wander the base for a bit. After all, she needed sometime to think about Woody's offer to stay.

TU: Now because this place is going to flood with data from everything sorting itself when she wakes up we'll have to get out of here quickly once we wake her up. Now that's the exact file you've found! I'll pretty much have to take it from here so I can change a number of the values in that vital config file.

 

Techno then opened the file in a text editor on a holographic screen in front of them. Techno changed a number of the interval values in the file and now all he had to do was save and apply the changes...

 

TU: Okay I'm done! So ya ready to quickly jump out of Maple's system once I save and close this file!?

The moment Techno pressed the save button and closed the file thousands of memory screens and command lines appeared in the distance and they were heading straight for Woody and Techno...

 

TU: We seriously need to exit the system now!

 

The two then disconnected from Maple's system and where back in the real world. Maple now had his eyes open but he was frozen...

 

TU: Maple may appear to be frozen but just give her a minute to   restart!

Woody took a step over to Maple he knelt next to her and carefully. While she was still out, he needed to know something he used one of his claws to carefully draw a bit of her blood. Still a pony he though Must be something with Techno then.

After about 3 minutes Maple woke up with a gasp. "Wha... What happened?" She tried to Get up but when she got on her hooves she started to stubble.

Woody moved over and caught her "Don't worry you got them rest for now though."

There was a flash in Maple's eyes as she remember what happened She nodded and laid back down "Sorry that was reckless." She said condescendingly

Woody nodded her a goodbye and left their room.
