Tundra is desert, just with a different temperature.Technically speaking, desert is a geographical area where precipitation is sparse/nonexistent.

Funeral. I actually find funerals to be a great time for reflection and thinking, plus dead people don't scare me.

Portal gun. Explosives are good fun, don't get me wrong, but I think I'd get more use out of my very own portal gun.

 

And since Whiteshade didn't technically answer my question, I'll ask again: WYR live in the desert or the tundra? Similarities notwithstanding.
