Worst physical injury in your life

Well, I was playing a game of soccer and I got shoved/pushed into a brick wall and it split my kneecap open.

I did something to my arm back in 2007. I didn't break it, but I really injured it. I don't exactly remember what happened, but I do remember spending the rest of the day at the hospital.

Getting in a car accident that left my back to be damaged permanently — this had me having a breathing issue for years that was scary (my air would be gone at random before it would come back again / gasping for air)

A broken tibia and fibula from tripping over an ottoman while bringing groceries in the house from my mom's car.

Split the skin on my forehead open as a kid. I was running around the house as kids do, when I tripped on a Gengar toy and fell face-first into the side of the oven. Took some stitches, and I still have a scar on my head.

Carelessly ran into an incredibly sharp dead branch of a tree when I was four, and it sliced the top of my cheek open from one side to the other. If I were an inch shorter, it'd have sliced my left eye open and I'd be wearing a patch today (okay, maybe not, but I don't want to think about the damage it'd have done). Was rushed to the emergency room and they managed to heal everything, but if you stare closely at the top of my left cheek you can still see a slightly raised patch where the scar used to be.

When I was six, I was in a playground going down the slide and I think I must have held onto the wrong thing because all of a sudden, my left palm opened up completely. I’ve never bled so much before and a huge bit of skin was hanging off. I don’t really have a scar but I think it’s the worst injury I’ve gotten.

I don't remember getting any severe injuries but...

There was this one time at school when I ran into one of the corners of my school's metal display cases too hard, and the force of impact caused the skin on the back of my finger to split open. I wasn't bleeding too much, but it hurt a lot. I still have the indentation to this day, though it's barely noticeable
