movies/tv Did your local theater exhibit Sausage Party but refused My Little Pony?

As I understand it, Sausage Party played in more than 3,000 theaters in the US, while My Little Pony only got 2,500.

But the truth of the matter is, Sausage Party is a clear hardcore adult animated film, and My Little Pony is a completely family friendly movie. Like in Singapore, Sausage Party got an R21 (with a few cuts), and My Little Pony is the only 2017 theatrical film at all to get a G there. Yet despite that, some American theaters allowed Sausage Party but deliberately refused My Little Pony as if it were an NC-17.

Has this ever happened in your local theater? And how did you feel about it?

I didn't feel anything. I saw Blade Runner and enjoyed my 14$

The theatre in my town did that. My dad was disappointed. He wanted to go see the MLP Movie.

My theater played the movie, and it was pretty good

I was out of town when the MLP movie was in theaters, so I have no idea.

Nah, the MLP movie played at my theater, when I went there was this big group of little kids all holding MLP plushies and stuff

Some theaters actually refused to show ponies ? Thought that was done by Lionsgate itself. Anyway, all Orlando theaters that I know off, did show 'em horses
