2. Who looks better as a royal guard, Rarity or Zephyr Breeze?

I know Zephyr Act's Up sometimes, but, hasn't he proven he's changeing to be a better pony?

Can't expect maximum results that quickly. Sorta like, Discord, he's turning himself around too.
