I feel like most of the OCs you've shown me have some very Antagonist or at least Anti-hero vibes. There would be initial conflict, possibly a greater struggle in many cases before the inevitable reformation came around. Not a dynamic I really liked all that much. Some evil should stay evil IMO. leave some harrowing adventures for the next generation. That said. I feel like Magnolia and Rarity might get on pretty well once Magnolia gets over herself a bit.  Collapse however would be fast friends with just about everypony and I could imagine twilight geeking out about the Fly Wheel invention with her

That entirely depends on what version of Celestia you have. Machiavellian manipulator Celestia would not broker Rosemarid's interference and would put her squarely in the sights of the orbital friendship cannon (Sic the mane six on her). Glacier Ray would likely be left well alone but there would be eyes on her at nearly all times to make sure she keeps chilling in the mountains.
