Sausage casserole again, but this time only 3 sausages.   As before, fried with onion, then in the oven with mushrooms and red pepper, & Coleman's sauce mix, & a wee dash of Korean pot noodle spice sachet, because I like living dangerously.   On a bed of  crushed  boiled potato & carrot.

Gum, mint gum... Isn't gum technically food?  Wow, I just sounded cryptic or something.

For food with actual nutrients, yesterday for supper, steak with baked potato, sauteed mushrooms and broccoli and cheese!  Mmm! 

For dessert, chocolate cupcake I was in heaven there!

Yesterday evening, pink Russian salad again (pickled beetroot), salami & pepperoni sausage, cheese & bread.

Today's lunch, vegetable stew, parsnips, carrots, mushrooms, potato, red pepper, vegetable stock pot, half a Korean Shin Cup pot noodle spice sachet.

Bit of a diversion – supper tonight was baked potato with cheese & baked beans...

Never been done in the microwave before!

Right on – I love crisps with a cheese sandwich!

Yesterday evening – Korean Shin Cup pot noodle, with 4 crushed crackers added to it. Then fruit cake. Tnen crisps (Seabrook's crinkle-cut sea salt & vinegar flavour). Then chocolate... no pix...
