Sausage casserole again, this time the sausages are Lincolnshire recipe (Asda 'special'), mushrooms, yellow pepper, chopped fried onion, a few baked beans, Coleman's sausage casserole mix, & a dash of Korean pot noodle spice sachet (natch!).

I had beef stroganoff with spinach fettuccine and mongolian beef with asian greens & brown rice once again, yum yum.

Korean pot noodle, couple of crushed crackers in it, cheese sandwich – only used the remains of a previous pot noodle spice sachet so augmented it with a bit of added Garam Masala – yep definitely a leaning towards Indian!

Today's lunch was similar to yesrterday's, Lincolnshire sausages, steamed carrots, roast potatoes & parsnips, onion courgette & yellow pepper fried in olive oil...

I had butter chicken with saffron pilaf and spaghetti bolognaise, yum yum.

Muffin split in half and toasted (you do know British muffins are different from American ones, right?), with melted cheese on. Followed by fruit cake. Followed by crackers with Brie cheese and paté. Got the nibbles!
