My mother made me some hachis parmentier in taco version. It has minced meat with various spices, puree, cinammon and sugar. They are great.

Slightly losing track ..... so yesterday's Sunday linch (linch?? Lunch ) was partly leftovers, viz roast potatoes & parsnips, a solitary raw carrot, steamed in the microwave; courgette pieces baked in oven with sausages...

Tea time was same as previous, finished off the Russian salad, pork pie with tomato chutney & cheese, followed by chocolate cake.

Today, similar to yesterday, more leftover baked potatoes & parsnip; baked courgette, leftover half a Cornish pasty, horseradish sauce...
