Vegetable stew, a small potato, parsnips & carrots, half an onion, vegetable stock pot, wholemeal bread, tea...

Oh yeah! That hit the spot. Proper job. :D  Not done one of these for a while, well tasty.

I had a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, large fries, drink and Chicken McNuggets with mustard sauce, yum yum.

  • Two cans low sodium corn beef hash
  • Two cans mixed vegitables.
  • Fried in a skillet on medium-high heat for half an hour. Stirred regularly.
  • Add tangy chicken sauce, habenero hot sauce, seasoned pepper and 'burger seasoning' 
  • Scramble four eggs. Mix with chili lime seasoning. Mix well with corn beef vegetable hash. 
  • Dish out into bowl. Add handful of shredded sharp cheddar. Melt in microwave for two minutes. 
  • Fry one egg. Place on top of melted cheese. 
  • Add liberal amount of ketchup. 
  • Ask yourself how the hell four cans of food and five eggs managed to make only one bowl of food. 
  • Breakfast blend coffee mixed with one Klondike bar and some Italian cream chilled in freezer for an hour, optional.

Trangia meths burner stove test #2 – sausages with plain rice, fried onion & garlic + a bit of red pepper, garam masala & mustard, tea – I need to up the spices tho, could hardly taste anything, also, frying the mustard seeds didn't do what I expected, so I will have to practice preparing mustard seeds to get the actual mustard taste I was expecting... also I cheated somewhat, the sausages & rice were pre-cooked, the rice was left over from a previous take-out....

Sunday lunch, roast potatoes, parsnips & carrots, Asda best pork sausages – yes I frequently eat sausages, it's usually the only meat I mostly eat, else fish or chicken. English mustard, drop of Kumala Chardonnay.

A Tostitos meat lovers combo pizza with left over corned beef vegetable hash (see previous post) toasted for an additional 10 minutes for 450F with a handful of melted sharp cheddar on top.

Yesterday's lunch – using up leftovers – mushrooms, courgette & a chopped sausage, fried then added to plain rice – interesting! :D

Using up leftovers more ... sausages, roast parsnips, roast potatoes, bulked out more with added boiled potatoes (to be pedantic, steamed in the microwave). French's mustard, ketchup, a drop of Chardonnay. (Yes we've already established I eat a lot of sausages, OK? Deal with it. :D )

The take-out naan bread I usually get is like that. Any that I'm not going to eat straightaway must go directly into the freezer. I forgot last time and put it in the fridge for later, and it was rubbish! :o  Same as it was first time I did it...
