Pork, dumpling & cabbage trekking meal with added steamed potatoes (done in microwave).

Followed by, this — she did tell me twice what it's a called & it still didn't 'go in' — it's a something & something with something cake, and it has almonds on top. Best I can do. :sealed:

Bread & cheese again, but this time with margerine, half a pork pie & Branston pickle. The bread is the granary bread I bought in Norfolk.

Don't know what it was before that — something wih chips? Leftovers. Leftovers with chips. :D

Just now — sausage casserole, made with sliced potatoes & chopped onion — which makes it very like a Lancashire hotpot. Fried first then in the casserole dish with Colman's casserole mix and a wee dash of the ol' Korean pot noodle spice sachet, the usual kind of thing (but if you're new to this channel you won't remember.. :D ). The pork sausages I bought from a farm shop in Norfolk (so not your usual supermarket tat).

Corned beef vegetable hash omelette, mixed with garlic pepper and maple BBQ sauce, filled with Siracha mayo and chipotle cream sauce with chive Welsh miners cheese, and garlic sauce mixed into the egg and topped with ketchup.
