Stir fried chicken with Amoy noodles & Blue Dragon sweet & sour sauce, a wee dash of Thai chilli sauce, salt & black pepper, chopped potato, tomato & red pepper, lettuce pieces (can you stir fry lettuce?  Yes, apparentyl!   ), Bangla lager.....

Damn yeah!

Lunch was going to be Eggs Benedict again except me last muffin was going mouldy!   So used toast instead. Also the poached egg went a bit weird, disintegrated into little bits, never seen that before.
