I had pork knuckle, crispy pork knuckle from the Bavarian with bier jus, creamy mash, sauerkraut and apple compote on the side with red cabbage and a pink lemonade (not shown) to drink, yum yum.

I mealprepped burritos last night! I went all out, and the finished product had:

Rice

A different kind of rice

Shiitake mushrooms

Lions mane mushrooms

Carrots

Peas 

Tempeh (soybeans)

Barley ground

Vegan chicken

Vegan cheese/sour cream/ranch

Garbanzo beans

A butt ton of hot sauce

And

Vegan bac'n bits

 

It was gooood, and I should be able to eat on them until next weekend!

Labskaus again, pretty much same as before - this time the diced onion was lightly fried in olive oil, then mashed with steamed potatoes & chopped pickled beetroot, & corned beef. Then reheated again because of adding the cold ingredients, mashed a bit more since the corned beef was softer. A few extra pickled beetroot slices, fried egg on top,  Proper job.

My Mom made some cheese bratwursts for dinner last night and they were delicious (even though she burnt them) and for dessert I got to have cookies and cream ice cream plus some homemade brownies i helped make. I had a pretty bad day yesterday but that was a major highlight of it that made it not suck as much.
