Adobe Voco: The program to use for voice-overs?

Wouldn't it be great if this could be used as an alternative to having real voice actors for things like animations and video games? What it should also do is edit things like tone, speed, and emotion, as well as crying, screaming, laughing, etc. There could be libraries of different people to manipulate their voices.

What would also be great to see is to be able to use the voices of the MLP characters and have them say what people want them to say.
