How do Purple Roselyn and Ashleigh Ball's Rainbow Dash voice sound so alike?

I listened to both, and when you compare them they sound identical. How do they do that? Or rather, how do Roselyn do that? Like did she train herself, or did she one day while watching MLP tried to mimic Rainbow Dash and went like, "sweet Celestia, I sound just like her"?
