Ruby looked at the pony curiously as he left "I don't know what I expected, but there really seems to be some kind of bias against you stallions." "Maybe he just didn't want to hit a mare, since your manners say to not to do so."

After the suggestion about a bet, Ruby just looked at Somnus "Even if I was stupid enough to bet on my victory on something I have never tried, I don't have that much money with me, since I usually doesn't leave the treasury." "And even the money that is with me isn't technically mine, I'm just borrowing it in case of emergency." "With a permission of course."

"No idea." Ruby admitted "I just was recommended to keep bits with me when leaving the castle, apparently there's things you can only deal with with bits." she didn't care about Somnus's confidence, she had tried arcade only once and even it was on other game that she couldn't remember the name of, so she recognized that she was probably going to lose. "After you."

Somnus led the dragon to a two player game, it was obviously the game he mentioned. He put a bit in the slot.

Ruby followed Somnus to the game, all the shining stuff around them bothered her slightly, but it wasn't anything that she couldn't handle. "It would be rather embarrassing if you lost to someone who has never played before." she pointed out as she got ready to play.

Ruby just started pressing buttons randomly at first, since she had no idea about the controls, like she hadn't any idea about anything relating the game, but it didn't take her too long to figure out what control did what on the screen. It wasn't the most entertaining thing to her, it was just pressing buttons, she would have rather been i actual fight than looking at a screen while pressing buttons, making digital characters fight instead.

Somnus was caught off guard when she started pressing buttons. He barely even had time to do anything before he was at half health.

"You got me for a second, but I got you now."

Somnus started pressing the buttons in a certain pattern, which would be easy to copy. Seeing someone going up against Somnus got the attention of everyone there. They seemed rather surprised to see the bat pony at half health so quickly.

Somnus started pressing the buttons in a certain pattern, which would be easy to copy. Seeing someone going up against Somnus got the attention of everyone there. They seemed rather surprised to see the bat pony at half health so quickly.

Like in their fight earlier, it was very easy for Ruby to figure out Somnus's pattern and simply worked to counter it with her own pattern, she didn't pay attention around them, so she didn't notice the attention they got, though she didn't necessary focus on the game either, she just kept an eye out on what buttons Somnus pressed and pressed the buttons that would best counter it.

"They do, which is quite odd when you think about it, because it's rarely their natural prey." Ruby confirmed "Though there is no need to waste money to it, I still have meat with me so I can give the cat some of that." she then pointed out, in the end she didn't care if Somnus decided to use his bits to fish, but the cat would get used to the taste of normal meat under Ruby's care since it would have to eat the same stuff Ruby ate.

"It really makes you think about things when you can't move for several days." she left it to that, but it wasn't the whole truth, she clearly avoided mentioning something.

Unfortunately, Ruby hadn't warmed up to Somnus enough to reveal what she was hiding "Maybe you better to find another dragon then because I'm not burning that sand anytime soon." she knew what Somnus had said was implying that nothing stays buried forever, and she agreed on that to certain extend, but until someone read her mind or got her to tell it, this was staying buried.

Somnus figured that would have to wait for Ruby to warm up to him before he could find out more. For now, he'll just keep note of it for later.

Ruby didn't reply, she didn't want to continue on that topic "Can we just buy what you came to buy." to this point the day hadn't been too impressive, sure there had been some amusement, but that didn't make Ruby like Somnus, it just made her think him as possible source of amusement, but nopony said charming a loveless dragon would be easy..

Somnus grabbed a thing of fish for Calti and a bag if peanuts for Fluffball, paid for everything, and went out.

"The bugbear has escaped from animal control at the amusement park and it's now here!"

Somnus prepared to use his spear when he realized that he left his spear and armor at the castle. He put Fluffball on Ruby's head.

"Hold this real quick."

Despite knowing that this was a stupid idea, he flew at the thing in an attempt to hurt it, only to be swatted away.

He tried again and got swatted away.

"This is a pretty unlikely situation to be in."

Arrow scream from fear the whole time, each loop making it scarier for him. Luckily the rollercoaster stopped when the ride was over.

He was pretty dizzy when he stepped off.
