That’s a horrible headcanon. I don’t see any reasons why it would be that way. Because in the inside even ponies are not nice?

Apparently, these fans think that Pinkie Pie is the only reason anyone in Ponyville isn't always angry at each other.

Well then it makes more sense.

But still, I believe Ponyville is a friendly place in general. There iare still lots of nice ponies around and at Magical Mystery Cure, it was just for dramatic effect. The whole episode was rushed so the consequence of Pinkie’s absence seemed more extreme I guess.
