Grogar or Cozy: Who should be the leader?

If there is a villain alliance next season, should Grogar or Cozy Glow be the leader?

Grogar, I mean Cozy was clever & all, but she was also quite insane as well. You need someone who is calm and I feel Grogar fits that better; at least judging by his G1 version.

All the villains are gonna wanna be the leader! But in all things considered, I think Cozy might be the leader! But are they gonna listen to her? Maybe to just earn her trust and then stab her in the back!

Cozy may be an evil loli but she's no battleloli. Grogar should be the supreme leader. He should also grant her shadow powers. It's the only way for our glorious writers to redeem themselves after all those utterly pathetic non-villains. It's time to slice Harmony into tiny pieces and feed it to the pigs.
