Yep, that'd be good ole King Steffan (animated version, not the villain from the movie "Maleficent") from Sleeping Beauty, and Thomas O'Malley "The Alley Cat." You chose a character from Gargoyles for Sunset Shimmer? Why? Halcyon plays the part of the repentant sinner, if you will. The box is spoiler-covered to avoid spoiling Rainbow Rocks. They are the MLP verison of the stepfamily of Disney's Cinderella Adagio is Lady Tremaine Both are them are the main Big Bad and are constantly telling the other girls to stop bickering! Aria is Drizella , They're both the "Co-Dragons" of their trio that don't show their softer side unlike the other "Co-Dragons" of their trio. Sonata is Anastasia. They're both the other "Co-Dragon" of their groups. They both have a softer side that viewers can sympathize with. Will Guide 21,360 December 5, 2014 Share December 5, 2014 Unmarked Spoilers to Frozen will follow I want to point out the Prince Hans of the Southern Isles from Frozen is Prince Blueblood. They both dressed very similarly and turned out to be jerks. There's a fanmade series called "My Little Disney" by DagaYemar on YouTube, where Daga make playlists focusing on just the parts of the animated films where there's singing, not the whole film. He usually casts the characters of Friendship is Magic using any available footage at the time to fit the roles of the Disney Characters. Usually, it's done according to the character's personality (Twilight plays Belle because of their love of books or Pinkie plays the role of the Genie from Aladdin because of their 4th Wall-breaking ). Sometimes our Pony Heroes get to play the part of the Disney Villains by playing against type (Rarity playing the greedy Radcliffe from Pocahontas or Mother Gothel from Tangled, Egotistical Rainbow Dash as egotistical Gaston from Beauty and the Beast). You should check them out if you're a huge fan of the Disney songs. Anyway, DagaYemar wanted Prince Blueblood to play the role of Prince Hans, but with only one episode that really featured him, there wasn't enough footage to do Love Is an Open Door with fun-loving Pinkie Pie as optimistic Anna. He instead pick another character to play Hans. Twilight Sparkle - Kida from Atlantis: The Lost Empire (A magical princess and kick-ass warrior. Her eyes glow when she's doing her most powerful magic.) Rarity - Amber from Sofia the First (Likes fashion and jewels.) Pinkie Pie - ??? (I'll have to give this some thought. There must be a Disney Pinkie Pie princess...) Applejack - Tiana from The Princess and the Frog (Hardworking, and speaks with a southern US accent.) Rainbow Dash - Merida from Brave (Athletic, fast, not interested in a relationship with a man .) Fluttershy - Cinderella from Cinderella (Sometimes afraid to stick up for herself, talks to animals.) I'll also note that Tara Strong voiced Princess Melody from The Little Mermaid II.
