Big bang, the theory that created everything, and seems a little bit lazy in its specification. It upsets some religious people. It doesn't really solve any if our lives mysteriums, but it seems to be generally accepted

As a SciFi fan there are a lot thoughts and emotion which pops up :>It's vast emptiness, asteroids, planets, stars, galaxies, nebulas, great attractor etc

I think of a whole lot of nothing with a little bit of matter floating around in it. Yeah, there's (probably) a lot of dark matter too but there's a whole lot of nothing.
