When I find this, http://pinkiecreampie.deviantart.com/gallery/ See that? POSTED BY PINKIECREAMPIE!! On deviantArt my name is PlatypusStew, and I posted the exact same wallpapers one day before. Then read up on DA's legal stuff, and pursue action if needed. Skimming their ToS and Copyright policy... tidbits from yours truly: ToS: 5. As a thank-you, I am going to be opening a wallpaper thread in which I will take requests to make you guys your own personal (original ) wallpaper. Most of the time on dA when I encounter cases like this, it's teenage girls who are pretty n00bish and don't really understand art courtesy and protocol, like do not save someone's art to your computer then re-upload it on your own account. That's why there's a favoriting system in place. My sister had this problem one time before, and dA wanted proof that she made the image, the timestamps from Windows helped out quite a bit, since the other person couldn't even produce a file. And if all else fails, e-mail them! Try sending an e-mail to support@deviantart.com. I did that when my YouTube channel was pulled for "copyright," I just replied to the automated e-mail (That said "Don't reply") and got a response 2 days later, with my account reopened.
