Feeling fairly chilled out and feeling alot better from my sick but had a slight panic moment,  sorry if TMI 😂

I just went for a walk and drank 2 500ml bottles of oasis before i went, 2 miles later its like uh oh code red emergency, then the jog back to the house while trying to still look somewhat normal 🤣

Just about made it lmao
