Meh and dried. Not well.

I had to manually update Discord and wait for like 10 minutes to update my system (cause I used Sudo Pacman -Syu)
My dad blocked door of my parents bedroom this night (and the night before, he did that as well), so I couldn't go visit my mum for a while during that night and had to wait. (I banged on door loudly and strongly. He closed the door, cause it was 23:00/11:00 pm Bratislava time or so.)
My dad said "I gave you 3 chances"
He also took away my phone and doesn't want to give it back to me, I use PC currently. (and my phone probably wasn't charging)
I couldn't sleep this night and I wanted to use phone, but I had no access to it, but I needed it. (my dad doesn't want to give it to me, cause I couldn't go to sleep at not late time and because I banged on door)
I didn't sleep this night, I read a book instead.
I have phone addiction.
I have gender dysphoria.
I'm in stress and anxiety.
I wanted to cry.
My mum is at work, so I can't demand my phone.
This morning, I was feeling (and still feel a bit) imposter syndrome and conflicting and doubting thoughts.
My dad is pretty manipulative. (in a sense that turns of internet when we don't listen to him or aren't like what he envisioned us to be, for example.)
My dad thinks we don't do enough.
