Stressed and tired. Got evening work today on the weekend, it kills the whole day cause waiting to hive off to it. I go on morning jogs every morning to help combat the stress, but what I wouldn't give for a morning shift.

It is inevitable, I am lucky my old Sony MDR 1R's still work, the only thing wrong with them? just flaking earpads, easily replaceable, by the sounds of it no pun intended, your headphones are proper damaged, it's inevitable I'm afraid, while most headphones are expected to last about 5 years, eventually the transducers do give out.

That sucks, hope that was not expensive, you can find good high quality ones on Amazon, if you're after wireless ones, Anker Soundcore ones should work. But they're hardly the best option.

I asked my mom and she said she'll keep an eye out for a pair, I use ones with cords, since I'm more used to those kinds

Yeah I use corded ones as well, mainly because bluetooth ones can drop their signal, I know not every device has headphone jacks, some phones don't have them, and unless bluetooth headphones pair well with the device, they end up being more trouble than they're worth. Not saying it is impossible to get a decent set of bluetooth cans and device to use them with, but they're not my preference either. If people don't like their cables dangling all over the place while they're traveling, hide them underneath the shirt or jacket, it's what I do with mine.

Hate my job. An sad after seeing a convo of how quiet Ponyverse is. Hate to see this place go, it's my island in an internet of freindship and acceptance in a sea full of trash. Took me almost 3 or more months to feel safe enough to break out of my shell here. Be a loss to see it go if it goes.
