Emotions can be a lot to process, sometimes! Try and take it easy for a while if you can so you can give your mind and heart some time to process everything.

Thanks for the concern.  Though this is just the daily 'I have no idea how I'm feeling' rather than over any specific situation.

Not the best, i need to learn to be better and do better. 
I'm not seeing the doctor this upcoming week :I next week i will, however, i might take a break from online posting or something?
Maybe focus on games, art and books..? so if it's radio silent on my end it could be that i'm doing that as I feel like the way i am rn is really bothersome and rough on everyone around me.
There's a big internal issue, it's causing a lot of insecurities, i'm asking more than i should and it's frustrating.
burdening people when i shouldn't. 

I think after work i should just focus on those things and my pets and also on sleeping early so i can give my brain no room to do that. 

I'm genuinely tired of feeling, depressive and tired! >-<
