ER is a beast in itself, nothing like other Souls game. I mostly cheated and used double Kamehameha strats to defeat bosses, so I'm not one to talk about the difficulty hahaha

For some resson I thought it would be both in one syringe, some super efficient combined serum, don't know why I thought that. So both arms then.
